Terms of Service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Kaliham (kaliham.app, "Kaliham", "we") when you use the app. By creating an account or using Kaliham, you agree to them. How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.
1. Who can use Kaliham
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Give your real name and an email address you own when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
- Each Kaliham account is for one person. Don't share your sign-in with others.
2. Your account and its security
- You're responsible for what happens in your account. Use a strong password, and we recommend turning on two-step sign-in (Security).
- If you think someone else has used your account, change your password, use "Sign out everywhere", and tell us at support@kaliham.app.
3. Connecting your email accounts
- Only connect email accounts that you own or are allowed to use (for example your work email, with your employer's permission).
- When you connect an account, you allow Kaliham to sign in to it for you to show, send, move and delete email when you ask it to.
- Your email providers' own terms (for example Google's or Yahoo's) still apply to those accounts. Kaliham isn't connected to or approved by them.
- You can disconnect an email account at any time; Kaliham then deletes its settings and saved password.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Kaliham to:
- send spam, scams, phishing or bulk unsolicited email;
- break the law, or harass, threaten or harm others;
- access email accounts or data you're not allowed to;
- try to break into, overload, copy, or get around the security or limits of Kaliham;
- resell Kaliham or offer it to others as your own service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, or that put Kaliham or other people at risk.
5. Your email is yours
You keep all rights to your emails and anything you write. You let Kaliham process them only as needed to run the app for you (for example to show an email or send one you wrote). We don't read your email or use it for anything else; see the privacy policy.
6. The service
- Kaliham is currently free. If we ever introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
- We keep improving Kaliham, so features may change, and some may be added or removed.
- Kaliham depends on your email providers and on the internet. We aim to keep it running smoothly, but it may sometimes be slow or unavailable, for example during maintenance.
- Keep your important email with your email provider (that's where it's stored). Kaliham isn't a backup of your email.
7. No warranty
Kaliham is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.
8. Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, Kaliham isn't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses (such as lost profits, lost data or lost business) caused by using or not being able to use the app, or by your email providers. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can't be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
- You can stop using Kaliham and delete your account at any time: Security → Delete my account.
- We may close accounts that break these terms, or end the service; if we end it, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they apply. If you keep using Kaliham after that, the new terms apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without taking away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
